We accept Venmo, Paypal, Cash, and all major credit cards.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
TrueGlow does ask that you give us a 24 hour notice, but please still call if you are unable to do so and we can make necessary changes.
What are your hours of operation?
For residential cleaning, we work from 8am - 8pm, Monday-Saturday. For commercial cleaning, we offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours, weekends, and overnight cleaning to avoid disrupting your business operations.
What types of cleaning services do you offer?

Where are your services provided?
We provide services within Salt Lake and Utah County. Our offices are located in Draper, Utah.
Do you use sub-contractors?
We do not, we are a small business of 5 employees. They all work directly for TrueGlow.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
​No, you don't have to be. Many clients provide a key, code, or other entry instructions. Your security and privacy are always respected.
Is an in person quote required?
This is not required for residential cleaning, but is recommended. We can give a solid price with an in person quote, if not we will charge an hourly rate. For commercial cleaning, an in person quote is required.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured and can give proof upon request.
What if we’re not satisfied with the service?
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with our service, we will address the issue promptly and make it right.
